⭐ THE ADHD REFRAMED PROJECT MOVEMENT HOMEPAGE

The ADHD Reframed Project is a strength-based movement dedicated to rewriting the narrative around ADHD.
The project is a passion solo movement founded by Emma Craven
Shifting away from outdated, clinical, deficit-based models, past the social model of disability, past the influencer awareness, and radically stepping into a strengths-basedhuman‑centred reality.
ADHD is not a broken brain.
It’s a different brain.
A creative, intuitive, pattern‑spotting, problem‑solving brain that has been misunderstood for decades.
We are here to change that.
🔥 Why This Movement Exists
For too long, ADHD has been framed through pathology, punishment, and performance.
People have been told to mask, minimise, and mould themselves into systems that were never designed for them.
The ADHD Reframed Project exists to:
• challenge deficit‑based narratives
• dismantle shame
• unmask lived experience
• educate institutions
• empower late-diagnosed ADHD adults
• build inclusive environments
• create language that reflects reality
• amplify voices that have been ignored
This is not just awareness.
This is reform.
🧠 Our Mission
To reframe ADHD from deficit to difference through:
• education
• advocacy
• community
• research support
• lived‑experience storytelling
We believe in a world where neurodivergent people can live unmasked, understood, and supported - not corrected.
💬 What We Stand For
• ADHD is a neurological difference, not a disorder of willpower.
• Masking is a survival strategy, not a personality flaw.
• Inclusion must be human‑centred, not compliance‑centred.
• Support should reduce friction, not demand perfection.
• Neurodivergent people deserve environments that fit their brains.
This movement is built on truth, lived experience, and the refusal to stay silent.

ADHD is not a deficit.
It’s a difference
- and differences drive change.
The ADHD Reframed Project exists to provide the language, validation, and systemic frameworks that help independent adult learners, professionals, and institutions recognise ADHD not as a barrier, but as a profound catalyst for success.
